Chief Executive Officer
Ohad Noyman is the Chief Executive Officer of FORBNS. A project manager in the civil engineering field, he brings extensive command, leadership and senior management experience in leading complex systems.
Ohad combines strategic management capabilities with proven experience coordinating between multiple organizations and stakeholders, decision-making under uncertainty and managing highly complex, multi-disciplinary interfaces.
He is a Practical Civil Engineer with extensive experience working in accordance with strict discretion and information security procedures.
Operations
Chief Operating Officer
Gal Turjeman is FORBNS's Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the firm's project portfolio. He directs operations across planning, procurement and field execution, ensuring every engagement runs on schedule, on budget and to the standard clients expect.
With a background spanning large-scale infrastructure programs and multidisciplinary site operations, Gal coordinates the firm's project teams, subcontractors and supply chains, aligning resources with the demands of complex, high-risk environments.
He oversees operational governance, health and safety performance and continuous improvement across the company's delivery organization.
Engineering
Chief Engineer
Michael Shachar serves as FORBNS's Chief Engineer. A Civil Engineer (B.Sc.) with approximately twenty-five years of experience leading complex engineering projects in the construction and infrastructure sectors, he oversees the planning and delivery of the firm's most complex assignments.
Michael also holds an MBA specializing in Finance, combining engineering expertise with strong financial and commercial understanding. He brings proven capabilities in managing projects not only from an engineering perspective, but also in budgeting, cash flow management, financial oversight and the execution of large-scale projects.
His expertise includes economic decision-making, project prioritization and the delivery of projects with high operational and security sensitivity. He holds an active security clearance.
